Refund policy
All the furniture we make is specially made for you to order so we don't offer returns or refunds. We offer samples of the materials and plenty of measurements though and also you can visit us in person or video call to discuss your furniture requirements. When you commission a piece of furniture from us you expect it to be special. We try to spend time with you in advance of the making process so we can discuss the details with you such as size so you can check whether the piece will fit into a desired room in your your home along with the colour and finish that you're looking for so it compliments your decor along with any other specific requirements you may have. This is why we cannot offer returns on our furniture as it is all specially made for you.
Due to the time involved in making process in our family workshop and the time and expense for you choosing the finer details, we always listen to you and try our best to get it right. In the unfortunate event things don't go to plan and you're not totally satisfied with your furniture, just let us know as soon as you can after delivery and we will always do our best to sort out any problems. Also if the item arrives and the courier is still with you and it's obvious is won't fit, please phone us straight away so we can work out the best way forward.
If your furniture needs to come back to us for any alteration or exchange, if it is our error, we would arrange collection and re-delivery of your item at our cost and then send corrected order back to you in a few days time although we may need your help your end wrapping the furniture ready for the courier to collect. Whether it is a size, style or colour issue that you're not happy with, we would aim to resolve any issues so you are happy with your purchase.
In the unfortunate event that you choose a colour you didn't like or the furniture, perhaps it wouldn't fit into your house, we would ask you to cover the collection and re-delivery charge yourselves so your furniture could come back to us and altered or re-finished. We would then send you some further wood finish samples along with a further discussion to ensure we get it right next time, we would then re-deliver at your cost. We would only ask you pay the return and re- delivery cost in this situation if it was your mistake why the bed was being returned although we would help by covering the cost of any alterations.
We do offer various wood samples and photos of the wood finishes we use along with photos and dimensions of furniture so you can check it will fit into your home in advance.
We usually do get it right although we do have things we can do to help if things don't go to plan, we just ask you talk to us if you're not totally satisfied so we can put it right.
Your furniture must be unused and in the same condition that you received it if you want any alterations making.
For any damages in transit or missing parts, we will repair or replace any parts to new condition. We would arrange collection of the part and re-delivery at our cost
