Zip and Link Beds

Zip and link beds — also known as zip link beds — are flexible twin bed frames that convert from two singles to form a king or super king zip and link bed, depending on the mattress size you choose. Handcrafted by us at Abowed using solid wood from our UK family workshop. All our wooden zip link bed frames are made by hand to last a lifetime. We use traditional furniture-making techniques, tenon and mortice joints for strength and solid wood for the jointed slatted base ensuring robust quality. Our solid wood zip link bed frames are great for commercial use such as guesthouses, Airbnb hosts, hotels and holiday cottages. Couples love them for flexible sleeping if preferring separate mattresses within a shared bed. Each zip link bed consists of two single beds that zip together to form either a king or super king bed when joined — and separate again whenever the need arises.

Made to fit standard UK zip link mattress sizes, and also available in bespoke sizes to suit your space. We offer mainland UK delivery, and our solid wood zip link bed frames arrive in sections for straightforward home assembly.
