Four Poster Bed

Wooden four poster bed frame. Modern contemporary four poster bed design handmade in our UK workshop where quality is at the forefront of what we do. We specialize in making wooden four poster bed frames that will last a lifetime. This modern four poster is shown in solid pine and also a grey finish which is a painted hardwood. It has a sloping planked headboard, inset within the curved bed frame.

The beds base is bespoke and made from solid wood, having sold wood slats as we believe the beds base is an important structural part of the bed that is designed to last a lifetime.

The four poster bed has planked side rails and foot board with simple vein detailing along the centre of the painted four poster. It is mortise and tenoned into the bowed bed frame. The curved bed posts flow into point where the posts meet where both bed ends are connected by a top rail from which drapes may be hung.

The four poster bed is shown dressed with handmade linen drapes and bedding, these can be purchased at extra cost.

  • Bespoke four poster bed frame can be painted in a range of colours
  • Can be made in oak or painted hardwood, pine is shown in the picture below although this option is no longer available as we choose to use oak.
  • Delivered in sections for easy home self assembly
  • Quality drapes made to order
  • Made to order in UK

Please get in touch if you require any samples to help you decide on paint colour, timber and fabric choice and we will be happy to help.
